You can never go wrong with a t-shirt dress. This one in particular was the second dress from sara that I purchased over the weekend. Don’t worry there’s one more to go! What I love about this dress is the texture and the way it transforms the simple t-shirt dress into a more formal outfit. Loving the photos from my new camera? Because I sure do! Cheers!

Say hello to Zara purchase number one. I came across this pyjama like printed beauty among the many other great prints in Zara. I am so in love with print it isn’t funny, lets just say I’m a tad obsessed. My new camera arrived yesterday so you’re the first to see these photos courtesy of my Olympus four thirds camera.
Overall I bought four items of clothing from Zara. So you’ll still have to wait and see what else I got. Trust me it’s worth it. So why do we all love Zara? Their clothes may come across as “too corporate” but that’s not how I see it. There are great individual pieces of clothing, it’s up to you to mix it up how you like it. More like dressing it into your personal style. Not to mention it is relatively well priced considering how well made most of their clothing is. Just check out the craftsmanship!

I did lie. I was meant to wait until tomorrow to show you what I bought the other day, but I just couldn’t wait any longer! I am so excited to show you my new top or “tunic” in Jenny’s words. I bought this in a vintage store in Surry Hills on Crown Street. It is THE best place to go rummaging through amazing pieced of vintage clothing.. Despite the fact that these one of a kind items of clothing gave me sever hay fever. It was totally worth it! I would go back to that store if I could right now, not just because I loved all of the clothes but because the super cute gay guy that served us was such a doll! I’m a bit nervous to show you my new top, it’s on of those situations where you never know how people are going to perceive your new and amazing clothes. I hope you like it? *Fingers crossed*

Creativity is a wonderful thing. I just happen to lack in that department. But today I felt those creative juices flowing. So I used this aqua dress from a vintage store and this vest top from Dotti and turned it into…
The collar is complete. But when I tried it on it felt like it needed more so I took it just one step further. By the way my sewing skills totally suck so you can definitely do this
Us Asians love our selfies!
Tony Bianco heels are so comfy, it’s a staple for the everyday party animal.
I added a sleeve or would you call it a cap, gahh all of these terms! Well I definitely added something,
Feeling pretty glamorous will all of these jewels. The bracelet is from a vintage jewellery store in The Rocks and the ring is from Colette. Seriously I spend hours in Colette, it is so unhealthy!
So try this out, I have no idea why I was so motivated to do this, probably because I am so obsessed with this Australian DIY blog called A Pair and a Spare. It is definitely worth checking, it’s so inspirational, I wish I was as crafty as her. Be inspired by my dodgy sewing job because I know you can do it too!
