Kimono

Sunny and chilly, just the way I like it. Excitement! Winter is finally on its way, I’ll be able to wrap myself in scarfs and ponchos! To top off this glorious weather Lisa and I went to the Cornersmith in Marrickville. I had the most amazing poached eggs and baked beans (not from a can of course!). I’m definitely going to have to go back there for some more tasty treats. Anyways, back to my outfit! Always getting sidetracked, that’s me. Did you notice that I finally polished my boots?! Good as new. We felt pretty ruthless today, shooting my outfit on some backstreets. Who knows? Pretty dangerous stuff. I think its my biker boots. Whenever I put them on my inner badass comes out!

Pass the Parcel

It is addicted and I know we are all guilty of shopping online on our special credit and debit cards. Oh the guilty pleasures in life! Asos happens to be my favourite one. And to top it off, our very own Aussie students are now able to sign up to get a 10% discount! Booyahh! Why do they keep tempting us?

Street Styling

I am just in love with the tree lined streets in Surry Hills. One day I’ll live here… When I’m rich. Haha! After uni I went to meet up with Lisa (blogger from doublephammy.com and also my first cousin) to take some blog photos! I know I know, I keep changing my theme, but I have finally found the perfect one. So there won’t be any more changes.. Well hopefully not. Have a great weekend!

Finally!

I think I am having the time of my life. It’s finally coat weather! If you’ve been keeping up with some of my previous posts, I tend to write all about my love for winter. I love how wearing so many different layers can add so much depth to you outfit. I think I may be over analysing this just a bit. But hopefully you get what I mean.

I thought it would be great to also tell you fellow fashionista’s my good news. I have randomly decided to go to London and Paris at the end of the year! Luckily for me, I love winter! Yep, I know, I’m getting a tad repetitive. But so much excitement! So my plan was to go to London with my cousin Emily for two weeks then catch a train over to paris for a week… Or maybe a bit longer. It’s time to start saving… Fun!

Sequining

This is the last Zara dress I bought. I’m quite obsessed with it, I just love how they have printed on top of the sequins giving this really cool sheen rather than sparkle.

Probably like everyone else I like to shop for what I want rather than what I need.. A.k.a tops and bottoms.

Anyways thank God it’s friday! I feel like this week has gone so slow! And on top of that I feel like I have been marinating in my own sweat.. Not literally! That’s why I love the Australian Sun. Bring on winter! I’m so ready to layer it up!

Oh So Paisley

Say hello to Zara purchase number one. I came across this pyjama like printed beauty among the many other great prints in Zara. I am so in love with print it isn’t funny, lets just say I’m a tad obsessed. My new camera arrived yesterday so you’re the first to see these photos courtesy of my Olympus four thirds camera.

Overall I bought four items of clothing from Zara. So you’ll still have to wait and see what else I got. Trust me it’s worth it. So why do we all love Zara? Their clothes may come across as “too corporate” but that’s not how I see it. There are great individual pieces of clothing, it’s up to you to mix it up how you like it. More like dressing it into your personal style. Not to mention it is relatively well priced considering how well made most of their clothing is. Just check out the craftsmanship!

Surry Hills

Yesterday during my six hour uni break we went to Surry Hills and had lunch at Forresters. Man oh Man my pizza was delish! And what is in the goodie bag? Well you’ll have to wait and see tomorrow :) I’m so excited to show you!

Shades of Grey

My Paps finally fixed his old camera so I could use it temporarily until my new Olympus four thirds camera arrives. Today I started uni at 9 am and then after my 1 hour lecture I had an extremely enjoyable SIX hour break. So Jenny thought it would be great to head into Surry Hills and explore and shop of course! Naturally I spent all morning thinking of a new and cute outfit for our little outing. I hope you enjoy my action shots :)

Bring on Autumn

Finally its Autumn, its time for light scarfs, print clashes, boots and rain. What’s your favourite season and why? Mine’s Winter, I just love wearing layers upon layers and snuggling up to a warm heater.
