Cuff Me

I have finally got my hands on some cuffs! I am not really a jewellery person. The feeling of bangles jingling and fiddling around with a billion different rings… Well it’s not really my thing. What I love about cuffs is that they can act as a statement piece, but you only have to wear one in order for it to stand out. Its simple yet bold. Next on my to buy list are some ankle cuffs. Have you seen Jessica Stein from the blog Tuula Vintage rock them out? Trust me. Its inspirational.

Golden Affair

Today I thought I’d change it up a bit and put my collaging skills to the test. As seen above I am featuring the second Zara item that I purchased on Sunday. This gold skirt adds another dimension to any outfit, not to mention how brilliant it pairs with black. Let me know what you think about my montage :)

Oh So Paisley

Say hello to Zara purchase number one. I came across this pyjama like printed beauty among the many other great prints in Zara. I am so in love with print it isn’t funny, lets just say I’m a tad obsessed. My new camera arrived yesterday so you’re the first to see these photos courtesy of my Olympus four thirds camera.

Overall I bought four items of clothing from Zara. So you’ll still have to wait and see what else I got. Trust me it’s worth it. So why do we all love Zara? Their clothes may come across as “too corporate” but that’s not how I see it. There are great individual pieces of clothing, it’s up to you to mix it up how you like it. More like dressing it into your personal style. Not to mention it is relatively well priced considering how well made most of their clothing is. Just check out the craftsmanship!

Bring on Autumn

Finally its Autumn, its time for light scarfs, print clashes, boots and rain. What’s your favourite season and why? Mine’s Winter, I just love wearing layers upon layers and snuggling up to a warm heater.

I know what you’re all going to say.. I am so sorry I have disappeared off the face of the earth for a few days. But don’t worry I have a new post for you today, I have ten browsing over models.com to catch up on New York Fashion week. It is simply amazing, I wish I could be there! From what I have gathered from both runways and street style are the excessive use of prints… In a good way. It’s clashing prints to the max. It looks crazy but I am in love with it. I went to Zara on Valentines day and found two of the most amazing blazers on earth, a gold sequin one and an amazing floral print one. And I am going to get them.. One day! So I hope you love my Forever 21 top!

Button It

I think I’ve kind of/sort of perfected my little photo booth studio in my room. Gosh that took ages! Anyways, I have a little afternoon tea at my “old” high school so all of us can catch up with our old teachers and let them know what we are doing with our lives. Since it’s a tea, I thought I’d show a little poshness in my outfit, who wouldn’t think your posh with you shirt buttoned all the way up. I painted my nails a little crazy last night so I’ll post a photo of my amazingness tomorrow. I’ feeling a little cocky today. Don’t judge. Haha!

60′s Revival

ImageImageImageImageImageI was looking blogs and magazines for todays outfit inspiration, and then it hit me. This look today is pretty 60′s, I was inspired by the 60′s hair up half down. My prediction is, is that this is making a come back, bigger than ever. Hopefully I’m getting better at these outfit posts. I’m currently on the search for a plain white wall in my house.. Apparently my parents don’t like plain walls… Once again it’ll be rainy night here in Sydney… My new mission is to find a super cute outfit to wear to an 18th birthday party tonight. I’ll keep you posted.
